Jesus Conde Ayala. Author of 2017 Flamenco Summer Specials Poster

Jesús Conde Ayala is the painter that has brought to life the Summer Specials Poster of Casa del Arte Flamenco in 2017.

One more year, Casa del Arte Flamenco has the pride of presenting the celebration of its summer specials. During the months of June, July, August and September, big figures of the national flamenco panorama will perform in the magic environment of our tablao in Granada.

Carmen Ledesma, Isabel LópezAna Morales, Sergio Aranda, Maria Moreno, Pepe Torres, Rosario Toledo o Gema Moneo  will be some of the artists performing during the four months of summer.

The poster has been designed by one of the most prestigious painters of Andalucía. If the previous year was David Zafra the one who shapped the poster. In 2017 is Jesús Conde Ayala who illustrates our flamenco nights. Nights that, as every summer, bring to granada a traditional flamenco display, of passion, of summer nights at the compass of the claps, the heels and the guitar. Under the ethernal shadow of the Alhambra.

Jesús Conde Ayala

The painter, born in Archidona, is Doctor and Associate Professor of the Fine Arts Faculty of the University of Granada, Academic of Fine Arts of Nuestra Señora de las Angustias of Granada, Academic of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Antequera, Adviser of the Andalusí Legacy and member of the Cultural Foundation of Archidona.

His first exhibit was in 1977, in the iconic building of la Madraza, when he was barely 24. Since then Jesús Conde Ayala, who failed drawing in his first year in Fine Arts Career, along with his drawings, engravings, canvas and illustrations have been in galleries all over the world.

The Art Museum of Vassa, The Olympic museum of Lussane, The Ermitage of St. Petersburg or the Contemporary Art Museum of Seville among many, many others.

More than 40 national and international institutions count with works of this painter from Archidona, from Granada to Minks going through St. Petersburg.

Captive volunteer of the city of Granada since his youth. His style is unique, intimate and represents an abstract perspective of isolated constructive elements from Andalucía. His work shows pieces of the history. Corners from all over the world seen as never before. Reinterpretated in his canvas, fully isolated from the distortion of the environment.

A work distinguished by its armonica chromatism, so clever. That shows details and corners of our surroundings from a perspective that slashes the magical realism.

Casa del Arte Flamenco feels honored on accounting now with an original piece from a painter of the quality of Jesús Conde Ayala.
